  • A website at half price for three months: £7.50 a month instead of £15, with grafter.ly Websites.
  • Both together at half price for three months: £17.50 a month instead of £35.
  • No contract. They can cancel any time, and after three months they pay the normal price.

What it does for your practice

Their books arrive done. Every quote, invoice and payment your client handles in grafter.ly is recorded when it happens. With Xero connected, invoices and payments go straight into it. QuickBooks isn't connected yet.

A new business can be found from its first week. A trade business often starts with a van, a phone and no website. grafter.ly Websites gives your client one the same day, with their trade, their area and a way for customers to get in touch.

A busier client needs more from you. More work coming in means more invoices, more VAT questions and, before long, someone on the payroll.

How it works

    Register your firm. Your name, your firm's name and your work email. We email you your code and a link you can share.

    Hand it to your clients. Put it in your welcome pack, mention it at the year-end meeting, or give it to a client when you form their company.

    See how many have used it. The link in your email opens a page with your code and the number of clients who've signed up with it.

Who is it for?
Trades and small service businesses: electricians, plumbers, builders, decorators, roofers, caterers, photographers and the like. Sole traders and limited companies both.
What happens after three months?
Your client pays the normal price: £25 a month for grafter.ly, £15 for a website. There's no contract and they can cancel any time.
Can my client use it if they're already on grafter.ly?
No. The code is for new sign-ups.
Is there anything my client should know about card payments?
Card payments their customers make carry Stripe's fee. We add nothing to it.
